Dr. Bernd Malmström

Docteur Bernd Malmström a été désigné membre du Supervisory Board (Conseil de Surveillance) d’IFCO en décembre 2005 et élu à sa Présidence le 26 septembre 2006. Ce juriste, titulaire d’un doctorat, a fait ses études universitaires à Kiel et Fribourg et exerce la profession d’avocat. Au préalable, il a occupé plusieurs fonctions à responsabilité au sein de Deutsche Bahn AG, de Stinnes AG, du Groupe Schenker-Rhenus et de VEBA AG. Docteur Malmström occupe également des mandats au sein des entreprises suivantes : BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Advisory Board - Comité Consultatif), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG (Comité Consultatif), Time Matters GmbH (Président du Comité Consultatif) ; Fraport AG (Comité Consultatif jusqu'au 31 décembre 2009), HHLA Intermodal GmbH (Supervisory Board - Conseil de Surveillance), K+S AG (Conseil de Surveillance), VTG AG (Conseil de Surveillance), Lehnkering GmbH (Président du Conseil de Surveillance), Stinnes Corporation, New York Bundesbahn (Président du Conseil de Surveillance jusqu'au 31 décembre 2009) et Schweizer Bundesbahn (Board of Administration - Conseil d’Administration). Désigné membre de notre Supervisory Board (Conseil de Surveillance) pour une durée de 4 ans, Monsieur Malùström a vu son mandat renouvelé le 27 mars 2009 pour une durée de 4 ans.
